You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.

2. After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, design work usually begins.
Cancellation after this point will incur a $20 artist fee.

This fee covers:

• Artwork creation

• Personalization setup

• Design revisions

3. After Design Approval

Once your design is approved:

Cancellation is no longer possible because production immediately starts.

4. Order Modifications

• Changes to design, text, colors, or size are allowed only before approval.

• After approval, modifications cannot be made.
