At GRAHA, every item is custom-made with premium embroidery craftsmanship. After your order is placed:

Your design is created and sent to you for approval.

Production begins only after your approval.

Any delay in approval will delay production and shipping timelines.
2. Production & Delivery Timeline
All GRAHA products are made-to-order.
⏳ Total Fulfilment Time: 4–5 Weeks

Production: 3–4 weeks

Shipping: 7–10 business days
Weekends & public holidays are not counted in production timelines.
3. Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard worldwide shipping on every order.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs or import duties vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.

If duties are not paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed by customs, GRAHA is not liable.
5. Shipping Partners & Tracking
Orders are shipped through reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex.
A tracking number is shared once the order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
GRAHA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

7. Delivery Delays

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the courier:

9. Return to Sender
If the parcel returns due to unpaid duties, wrong address, or missed delivery attempts:

Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
