GRAHA — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Custom Products

All products at GRAHA are custom-made, therefore:

❌ Returns or refunds are NOT accepted for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect personalization details

• Size issues

• Color preference

Please check all personalization details before approving the design.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Goods (Accepted)

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

✔ You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

✔ You must provide photos or videos showing the damage.

✔ After verification, we will offer:

• A free replacement or

• A full refund

GRAHA will cover the return shipping cost only for defective products.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item has been used or washed

• Damage occurred due to misuse

• The defect cannot be verified

• The complaint is filed after 48 hours

• The design was approved with incorrect details provided by the customer

4. Refund Time

Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
