1. How long will my order take?

Orders take 4–5 weeks including production and shipping.


2. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping.


3. Do I have to pay customs fees?

Yes, customers are responsible for local customs/duties if applicable.


4. Can I return a custom product?

Only if it arrives damaged or defective.


5. Can I cancel my order?

  • Free within 24 hours
  • After 24 hours → $20 artist fee
  • After design approval → Cancellation not possible

6. How can I track my order?

A tracking link will be shared once your order ships.


7. What if my package is lost?

If the courier marks it delivered, GRAHA is not responsible.
You must file a claim with the courier.


8. What if the package is returned due to unpaid customs?

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees or losses.
